First, turn on the developer console. Go to Settings > Game Settings and switch "Enable Developer Console" to Yes.

Sets how much contribution score a player gains or loses when killing a hostage. Typically, this is a negative value that deducts points since killing hostages is penalized.
Sets the percentage of a player's contribution score you earn when you kill them. For example, setting this to 10 gives you 10%% of the killed player's contribution score.
