With the release of Counter-Strike 2 and due to it being a new release, it’s common for new game titles to have bugs within the game. While playing CS2 in its early days, it’s incredibly important to report any bugs to the developers, this will make Counter-Strike 2 more enjoyable for all players. In this guide, we will show you how you can do a CS2 bug report that is found while playing Counter-Strike 2.
How To Report a CS2 Bug
The official Twitter states:
To report a bug to the official Counter-Strike Developers simply write an email to:
sfmbugs @valvesoftware.com
Be sure to title your email: “CS2LT Bug – ” followed by a brief description of the bug.
Example; “CS2LT Bug – illegal banana boost on cache“
If you have a video of a bug, please upload it online and provide a link so we can view it. This helps us triage, evaluate, and solve bugs quickly.
Likely, you will not get a response from the Valve Team unless your report is something significant. However, if it is one of the more substantial bugs within the game, you may get a receive response back asking for more details on the bug found.
We also recommend that you try to get much evidence such as a video or a photo that you can send to the the developers, as this increases your chances of the bug getting looked at faster and more efficiently and the bug can be looked at in more depth and speed the process up of getting the bug fixed.
